Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and organize comprehensive physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of official documents.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format official correspondence, internal memoranda, and detailed reports.
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
  • Process administrative permits, applications, and other official forms in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Provide frontline customer service by addressing public inquiries and routing concerns to the appropriate departments.
  • Monitor and manage office inventory, ensuring supplies are replenished and equipment is maintained.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgetary documents and the liquidation of travel and petty cash expenses.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline office procedures and improve service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Completion of at least two years of studies in college or a High School Graduate with a relevant vocational course.
  • Career Service Sub-professional (First Level Eligibility) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in clerical or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Filipino.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Completion of at least 4 hours of relevant administrative training.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to the Bicol Region.
