Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and important documents
- Handle incoming/outgoing communications including emails, calls, and mail
- Maintain organized filing systems and digital records management
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Support event planning and meeting preparation for departmental activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
