Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support including calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate complex meeting logistics, including venue preparation, materials, and attendee communication
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain secure document filing systems
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
