Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and department heads
- Manage official correspondence, including emails, reports, and confidential documents
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Assist in preparing official documents, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Handle incoming communications and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Support budget preparation and expense tracking for assigned departments
- Coordinate office procurement and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
