Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive financial records including accounts payable/receivable and general ledgers
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports for management review
- Process payroll transactions and ensure timely disbursement of employee compensation
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Monitor budget expenditures and prepare variance analysis reports
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
- Train and supervise junior administrative staff on financial procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in bookkeeping or financial administration
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Certification in Bookkeeping or Accounting (e.g., CPA, Bookkeeper Certification) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
