Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the daily administrative operations of the office, including document filing, scanning, and digital record keeping.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring professional communication with members and clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal events as required.
  • Support the procurement process by monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain physical and digital archives to ensure data integrity and ease of access.
  • Assist department heads with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields) or a recent graduate.
  • Available for Part-time OJT hours within standard business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new office systems.
  • Ability to work well within a team-oriented, cooperative environment.
