Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation systems
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate information flow and collaboration
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports and expense tracking
- Provide administrative support for events, conferences, and corporate activities
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work execution
- Resident or accessible resident of Calamias, Lipa City or nearby areas
