Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and process loan applications and supporting documentation for the Australian client, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Perform accurate data entry, file management, and document verification to facilitate seamless loan origination and settlement.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders via email and phone to gather necessary information and provide status updates.
- Assist with general administrative duties including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and organizing records.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on loan files to ensure all conditions, verifications, and approvals are met prior to settlement.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports on application status, pipeline activity, and team performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in administrative support, loan processing, or a related field. Experience handling Australian accounts is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with international clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document handling and data entry.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software or loan processing systems.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work a fixed day shift schedule (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM) in Rosario, Metro Manila.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating professionalism and a proactive attitude.
