Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office correspondence, communications, and information flow
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
- Maintain office supplies inventory and equipment functionality
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Organize office events and coordinate logistics
- Implement and maintain filing systems and digital records
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize complex tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Professional demeanor with positive interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification or diploma in office administration preferred
