Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for office and farm-related records.
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks between the farm staff and office management.
  • Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing materials and managing supplier communication.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
  • Manage office inventory and coordinate supply requests as needed.
  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and telephone inquiries, with professionalism.
  • Provide general clerical support, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office clerk role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in San Juan, Batangas.
