We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Staff member to join our team in Manila City. This role is essential for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring that our accounting documentation is accurate, and providing support across various administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in organizational excellence.
In this role, you will play a key part in our financial workflows, focusing on voucher management and document control. We are looking for someone who is dependable, computer-literate, and capable of managing competing priorities with a positive, can-do attitude.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems for various company documents.
- Accurately encode financial vouchers and transaction data into the system.
- Perform high-volume voucher printing and distribution to ensure timely processing.
- Assist in the preparation of daily administrative reports.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to different departments.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all document handling processes.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with ad-hoc office duties.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational or college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Clerk, or in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work on-site in Manila City.
