Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems for various company documents.
  • Accurately encode financial vouchers and transaction data into the system.
  • Perform high-volume voucher printing and distribution to ensure timely processing.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily administrative reports.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to different departments.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all document handling processes.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with ad-hoc office duties.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational or college degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Clerk, or in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
