Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal events, preparing agendas and minute-taking where necessary.
- Handle general office administration, including document filing, record management, and inventory control of office supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry for property management and facility operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders, facilitating smooth business relationships.
- Support the facilities management team with ad-hoc tasks, such as coordinating maintenance requests and inspections.
- Maintain and update the central filing system to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role within the real estate or facilities management sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with high accuracy in data entry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant knowledge of property management software is a plus.
