Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Operation and Marketing departments
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate departmental appointments
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment maintenance, and event support
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper document management
  • Assist in onboarding processes for new team members
  • Support budget tracking and expense reporting for departmental activities
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
