- Manage and maintain office administrative systems, including filing, record-keeping, and document management (both physical and digital).
- Process and track work orders, service requests, and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
- Provide comprehensive daily operational support, assisting various departments with their administrative needs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for team members and management.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense claims processing and invoice verification.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or office support role, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under deadlines.
