Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail professionally.
  • Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems for property documentation.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and record minutes for internal team meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.
  • Oversee office inventory and manage procurement of essential office supplies.
  • Provide front-desk support and greet visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Support the property management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
