Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage loan submissions, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Track and monitor loan approval progress in Salesforce, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate documentation between banks, sales team, and clients to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Verify and obtain necessary signatures on all loan documents and contracts
- Manage disbursement processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions
- Maintain organized filing systems for all loan-related documents and correspondence
- Communicate effectively with clients, banks, and internal team members regarding loan status and requirements
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and report generation as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or business training is a plus
- Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in a financial services or loan processing environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of financial terminology and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
