Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain property-related documentation, including lease agreements, maintenance records, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth property operations
  • Assist in scheduling property viewings, inspections, and maintenance activities
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports on property status, occupancy rates, and financial metrics
  • Support the property manager with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist in processing rent payments and maintenance requests

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative support or property management is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
