Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the property management office calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for the management team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to property management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, maintenance personnel, and tenants to address property issues and ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information, financial documents, and office inventory.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including occupancy rates and administrative summaries.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff members and organizing team-building activities.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and lease agreements is preferred.
