Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize project-related documentation, contracts, and tender folders.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the QS and Contracts department.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules for the team.
- Handle incoming correspondence and ensure timely communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure quick data retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations for project updates.
- Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate necessary procurement requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with high standards for data accuracy.
