Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize administrative workflows, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Lead sales outreach initiatives through targeted communication with potential clients and partners
- Coordinate cross-functional project support, particularly during full fit-out phases of property developments
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for all operational activities
- Prepare and distribute professional reports, presentations, and correspondence materials
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses
- Monitor and manage office supplies, procurement processes, and administrative resources
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar support role in property/real estate sector
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration tools
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation and data management
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Proactive problem-solving approach with initiative to identify process improvements
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management preferred
