Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide essential administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Prepare, format, and organize sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders accurately.
  • Handle incoming client inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Maintain and update customer database records and sales documentation in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments to track delivery schedules and order fulfillment.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentation materials for management.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and handle general office administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a relevant Diploma in Business/Administration.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
