Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting arrangements
  • Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
  • Oversee office inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for staff and executives
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
  • Support onboarding processes and new employee orientation activities
  • Assist in event planning and meeting logistics for company initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative support experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
