- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Culinary including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting arrangements
- Prepare and maintain confidential culinary reports, budgets, and departmental documentation
- Coordinate communications between kitchen staff, vendors, and other hotel departments
- Manage inventory and procurement processes for culinary office supplies and equipment
- Assist in planning culinary events, tastings, and special functions
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Act as primary liaison for culinary department inquiries and correspondence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in luxury hospitality or culinary environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience managing executive calendars and complex schedules
