Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including document processing, filing, and record management
- Safely operate company vehicles for transportation of staff, patients, and medical supplies
- Manage office errands and ensure timely delivery of important documents and materials
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for daily operations and appointments
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance schedules
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events within the healthcare facility
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform general office duties as needed to support the smooth functioning of the department
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is preferred
- Valid professional driver's license with clean driving record
- Proven experience in administrative support or office management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in basic office software and equipment
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes in Cagayan de Oro
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
