Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily clerical duties including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and manage flow of documentation.
- Prepare, proofread, and format professional business correspondence and reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement requests.
- Assist in the scheduling and organization of meetings, appointments, and divisional events.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and telephone with high levels of professionalism.
- Support divisional projects by compiling data and generating periodic progress updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or clerical support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Prior experience in a corporate or industrial environment is an added advantage.
