Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and office supply inventory.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial records, expense reports, and departmental budgets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
