Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk reception, greeting visitors, and ensuring a professional first impression.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, taking messages, and routing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain and organize office documentation, filing systems, and records with high accuracy.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental communications and relay information efficiently.
  • Handle general office errands, including supply inventory and mail distribution.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team's productivity.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative support or front desk role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
