Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in company establishment processes, including documentation preparation and submission
- Support licensing and permit applications for various business operations
- Handle immigration documentation and compliance requirements for international clients
- Provide administrative support to international clients, ensuring excellent communication
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with government agencies and relevant authorities on behalf of clients
- Assist with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and correspondence
- Perform general administrative tasks as required by the business operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with administrative procedures and documentation
- Knowledge of Indonesian business regulations and licensing processes is a plus
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn new procedures and systems
