Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and process expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, team-building activities, and special projects.
  • Monitor and maintain office budgets, supplies, and operational procedures.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Streamline administrative workflows to improve overall team efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Partner, or similar role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern collaboration tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail and strong time-management abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and work independently.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
