Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Large Customer Sales team across multiple time zones
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel arrangements, and schedule high-stakes meetings
- Prepare and distribute critical documents, reports, and presentations in Vietnamese and English
- Act as primary liaison between sales team and internal departments (finance, HR, legal)
- Track project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with sales objectives
- Oversee budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement for sales operations
- Support strategic initiatives by conducting research and compiling actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in B2B sales or tech environments
- Native fluency in Vietnamese and professional proficiency in English (written/spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience with calendar management, international travel coordination, and budget tracking
