Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize both physical and digital office files and documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date company databases.
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and manage office correspondence professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and internal documentation.
- Support office supplies inventory management and procurement tracking.
- Coordinate scheduling for appointments, meetings, or courier services.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
