Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document archiving
- Handle incoming/outgoing communications including calls, emails, and mail
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital/physical records
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Support payroll processing and employee record maintenance
- Collaborate with department heads on administrative projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years in administrative support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
