Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operational tasks and administrative workflows to ensure business continuity.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using internal tracking systems.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the management team regarding scheduling and correspondence.
  • Handle general office inquiries and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational throughput and stock status for review.
  • Liaise with vendors or external stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset toward inventory management.
