Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Mid Valley City for a renewable 6-month contract. This role is pivotal in supporting our IT Asset Management team, ensuring that our technical infrastructure is tracked, documented, and optimized effectively.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, bridging the gap between hardware inventory and organizational efficiency. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and is comfortable managing digital records with high precision. Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update the IT asset database with incoming and outgoing hardware details.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track the distribution and retrieval of laptops, peripherals, and IT equipment.
  • Perform regular physical audits of IT inventory and reconcile data against digital records.
  • Prepare and process documentation for asset disposal, repair, or new procurement requests.
  • Draft administrative reports and summary updates for IT management on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process by ensuring employees have the necessary hardware assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with IT asset policies and standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, office support, or inventory management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tracking tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to commit to a 6-month contract with potential for renewal.
  • Prior experience in IT-related administrative tasks is a significant advantage.
