Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for global brand partners
  • Process invoices, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate administrative functions including document management and filing systems
  • Support logistics and supply chain operations within the Klang/Port Klang facility
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or finance roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in FMCG or logistics industry is advantageous
