Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations, including reception duties, mail handling, and visitor management.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, and post.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Maintain and organize company records, databases, and filing systems for easy access.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding documents.
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
