Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases and records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or executive support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
