Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office documentation.
  • Support the sales team by preparing reports, processing orders, and handling client inquiries.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records to ensure easy access to critical business information.
  • Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and process purchase requisitions efficiently.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional communication and support.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for internal meetings.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
