Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations and ensure the workspace is organized, clean, and efficient.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and management.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, including reports, memos, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone inquiries, with a professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to records and documents.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and supporting general HR administrative functions.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing expense reports and checking invoices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
