Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including document preparation, scheduling, and communication coordination
- Manage office operations, including inventory control, supply management, and equipment maintenance
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events while maintaining accurate calendars and documentation
- Assist in onboarding processes, training coordination, and employee record management
- Handle incoming communications, inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support data entry, file management, and document archiving systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
