Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the OAFA team for daily operations and project-based tasks.

  • Maintain and update department databases with high attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and organize essential documentation for internal reviews.
  • Assist in the processing of applications and financial assistance records in compliance with university policies.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management as required to track performance metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with various internal departments to facilitate seamless cross-functional workflows.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
