In this role, you will act as the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our sales representatives and our financial partners.

You will be responsible for streamlining documentation, managing client inquiries, and supporting our banking channel initiatives to drive revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and process loan applications and banking documentation with high accuracy.
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales records in the company CRM.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentation materials and marketing collateral.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for banking channel inquiries and administrative requests.
  • Monitor daily office operations to ensure peak productivity and compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and channel performance for management review.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external banking partners.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
