Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry tasks into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Prepare, format, and distribute internal memos, reports, and official correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly administrative reports and presentations.
- Update and verify inventory records and client information databases regularly.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless administrative support.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification; Diploma in Business Administration or Management is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong spreadsheet skills.
- Strong typing speed and high accuracy (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Basic knowledge of database management systems and office equipment.
