Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office correspondence including incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in F&B operational documentation, including inventory tracking and supply ordering.
- Prepare, proofread, and format standard business documents and reports.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and professional.
- Support the management team with scheduling appointments and meeting coordination.
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties or invoice processing as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to F&B-specific administrative workflows.
