Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office correspondence including incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist in F&B operational documentation, including inventory tracking and supply ordering.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format standard business documents and reports.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and professional.
  • Support the management team with scheduling appointments and meeting coordination.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping duties or invoice processing as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
