Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain digital/physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support HR processes including onboarding documentation and leave administration
- Prepare and distribute official correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
- Handle incoming communications professionally via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with event coordination for internal meetings and company activities
- Monitor office expenditure and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Administration, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
