Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including document processing, filing systems management, and office coordination
- Assist in HR functions including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records
- Manage office inventory, procurement of supplies, and coordination of facility maintenance
- Handle internal and external communications, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Support payroll processing and attendance tracking systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management review
- Coordinate company events and team activities to foster workplace culture
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR information systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor regulations and employment practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agricultural environment
- Valid driver's license preferred for local errands and site visits
