Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel file management
- Organize meetings, events, and internal communications
- Process payroll data and administer employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support department heads with administrative reporting and analytics
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or HR coordination roles
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
