Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in daily office administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support the team in preparing client proposals, brochures, and marketing collateral.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and property listing records to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support office meetings by preparing materials, taking minutes, and managing scheduling tasks.
  • Coordinate with different departments to assist in the smooth execution of daily business workflows.
  • Help maintain office supplies and manage basic office procurement tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or a fresh graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a high degree of professional integrity.
