Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily office administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Support the team in coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and handling basic correspondence.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical office records accurately.
- Assist with basic inventory tracking and office supply management.
- Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support the operational team with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient office environment.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
