Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to various departments, including HR, Operations, and Training.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and company events, including preparing materials and logistics.
- Manage and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Support HR functions such as candidate scheduling, onboarding preparations, and maintaining employee records.
- Handle general office management tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor communication.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, including drafting emails and managing correspondence.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments to support business operations as required.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- No prior working experience required; fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills and take on challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Resides in or able to commute daily to Puchong, Selangor.
